The vision and mission statement of the college reflect all national aspirations through academic and administrative programmes. The main goal of institution is to create good citizen. The college provides the platform to the students to acquire global competence. The college believes that only education can bring change in the downtrodden and financially weaker sections of the society.

Objectives:

The main objectives of the institution are as below.

• To impart quality higher education to women from rural area.
• To provide quality higher education the students for their holistic development
• To create career awareness and employability skills among the students.
• To increase integrity, motivation and solidarity in rural areas students.
• To upgrade knowledgeability of the society.
• To motivate students to develop their creativity and innovation.

Governance of the Institution:

The college is governed by Kisan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Borgaon (Kale) Tq. & Dist. Latur. The college is committed to transform its vision and mission into reality in its everyday governance, policies, and actions. The nature of governance of the college is from higher level to ground level.

• The top management has its key role in infrastructural development, providing financial resources, appointing required staff, and enabling the Principal and faculty members to implement effectively the curricular, co-curricular, extension and research activities.
• The management has appointed CDC at the college level to check and promote a healthy atmosphere for the achievement of the institution’s vision and mission.
• In IQAC, all stakeholders get due representation. The CDC makes key policy decisions and considers important proposals in consultation with IQAC.
• Teachers, students and administrative staff are involved in making the plan and implementing it successfully through different committees.
• The Principal is the administrative and academic head of the college. The Principal forms several committees, interacts with staff and students, makes plans, and monitors teaching-learning process.
• The teachers are appointed on various committees by the Principal. They participate in decision making bodies.

The Perspective Plan

• The perspective plan of the college has been prepared by IQAC after the 1^st Cycle of the NAAC for quality enhancement. It is displayed on the college website. It also puts forward in CDC meeting. The IQAC prepares agenda of the meeting.
• The college has been working seriously to achieve the objectives mentioned in perspective plan and accomplish all the suggestions made by the previous NAAC peer team.
• The college has started ‘Earn and Learn Scheme’ for needy students and certificate courses.
• The college offers award with cash prize to the meritorious students.
• The college strives to hard to impart not only curriculum oriented education but also develops students’ personality and makes them capable to face future challenges.
• Outreach and extension activities are organized through NSS to inculcate human values and promote sense of responsibilities among the students.

The college plans and executes its entire academic, administrative, and developmental program in tune with the vision and mission of the institution.
